Scope of
Work
Being awarded the contract, we were actually given the mandate to
path the way for future housing development in the New Town Area.
The Territory Development Department is implementing this project
to provide the access to the future housing site at Shek Mun Area
11A.
The Works to be executed under this Contract include the following
major items:
(a) Construction of carriageways around the future housing site
at Shek Mun Area 11A.
(b) Construction of a 7m high carriageway noise barrier in approx.
572m adjacent to the northbound to Tate's Cairn Highway.
(c) Construction of associated footpaths, cycle tracks, amenity
areas, retaining wall, drainage and sewerage works, waterworks and
landscape works.
(d) Roads and drains at On King Street.
(e) Other works in area shown on the Drawings or specified or which
may be ordered in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. |

工程範圍
新界拓展署開發本項目是石門11A區的未來住宅專案提供基礎設施。
本合約之工程包括下列主要內容：
－ 建造圍繞石門11A區未來住宅發展項目的道路
－ 在大老山公路北側修建7米高隔音屏障（約572米長）
－ 建造相應的行人道，自行車道，康樂區，擋土牆，排污工程，渠務和綠化工程
－ 安景街上的道路和排水工程
－ 其他圖紙上標明的或合約規定的工程 |
