SCOPE OF WORKS
This contract is a part of the Tseung Kwan O New Town Development
blue printed by the Territory Development Department.
The works in this Contract involve:
(a) Reclamation and land formation for parts of Planning Areas
67, 68 and 72.
(b) Installation of 1,500,000m prefabricated band drains in parts
of Planning Areas 67, 68 and 72.
(c) Construction of part of the Southern Seawall together with
associated 250,000 m3 dredging.
(d) Construction of sections of Western Box Culverts of a total
length of 566m (ie, Box Culvert Nos 1, 2 and 3 and 4), each of sectional
dimension 28-31m x 6m.
(e) Preloading works.
(f) Piling works for Box Colvert Nos 1, 2 and 3, and Desilting
Compound; and
(g) Construction of Desilting Compound.

拓展署為開發將軍澳新市鎮而實施本工程。
本合約工程計有：
－ 至部分規劃區67, 68和72之內的填海工程
－ 至部分規劃區67, 68和72之內鋪設1,500,000米的預制排水帶
－ 建造南防波堤，疏浚250,000m3
－ 建造西部箱涵，總長566m(及1，2，3和4號箱涵)，截面為28-31m 寬 x 6m 高
－ 預壓回填工程
－ 1, 2和3號箱涵的打樁工程和清淤池 － 建造清淤池 |
