PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
The Works to be executed comprise:
a) The construction of two separate primary schools at Ap Lei Chau.
Each school provides 24 classrooms with associated facilities of
the following size:
Building shape: L shape on plan
Approximate overall size on plan:
55.40 x 17.75m in one wing and 23.0 x 22.80m in the other wing.
Approximate height from Ground Floor to top of Main Roof:
27.60m (8 storeys)
24.13m (7 storeys)
b) Design and construction of piled foundations together with pile
caps and strap beams to the building stated in parapraph (a) above
and to other ancillary buildings where necessary.
c) Soil and surface water drainage for the two separate primary
schools.
d) The construction of ancillary buildings and associated external
works for the two separate primary schools.
