This contract was for construction
of a 25-storey commercial building.
It consists of:
˙The construction of a building in 94.815m high from ground floor
level to roof; and approximate total gross floor area is 7,815m2;
˙ With curtain wall installation at front elevation;
˙With associated mechanical and electrical work; and
˙With the first Car-lift system under direct contract work.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
There is a special feature of the first carlift system accommodating
14 cars. In the course of construction, numerous and tremendous
variation were added, we had to cater for the changes to eliminate
any unnecessary delay to the overall completion of the project.
