Construction and Maintenance of
the Airport Maintenance Facilities and the detailed design of certain
parts thereof and detailed design, commissioning and maintenance
of the building services and other electrical and mechanical works
associated with the airport maintenance facilities.
The Airport Maintenance Facilities consist of:
(a) Vehicle Inspection and Fleet Management Centre (A);
(b) Maintenance Headquarters Building (E);
(c) Vehicle Washing Facilities; and
(d) Underground Fuel Tank.
The Works include:
(a) earthworks;
(b) substructure;
(c) reinforced concrete structures;
(d) steel roof structures;
(e) roof coverings;
(f) fitout including blockwork, doors, windows, fittings and fittings;
(g) exterior finishings including rendered concrete walls, cladding
and glazing;
(h) water supply, power supply, lighting and fire protection system
including the connections to the permanent utilities;
(i) communication ducts connecting with the permanent communication
duct network.
(j) plumbing, stormwater and foul water drainage including the
connection to the permanent drainage systems;
(k) Hardstanding and roads;
(l) Linemarking;
(m) Testing and commissioning.
Apart for the above, we also include for:
(a) the design of the roofs for all buildings including the design
of the purlins and the connections to the trusses;
(b) the design of the wall cladding for all buildings including
the design of the cladding rails and the connections to the structures;
(c) the detailed design of all steelwork connections;
(d) the design of building services (including the fire services)
for all buildings;
(e) the preparation of bending schedules for reinforcing steel
for the Works.
(f) the provision and operation of the quality management system
for the execution of the Works; and
(g) the operation and maintenance of the Permanent Works from the
achievement of Key Date 2 until Airport Opening Date as directed
by the Project Manager.

－ 水管、雨水和污水管線；
－ 道路；
－ 道路標誌線；
－ 試運營。
除上述工程外，還有：
－ 設計全部建築的屋面；
－ 設計全部建築的牆貼面；
－ 詳細設計全部鋼結構工程；
－ 設計所有建築的附屬工程（包括消防設施）；
－ 鋼筋下料表；
－ 工程質量管理系統；
－ 按專案經理指示，運營並維修永久工程直到機場投入運營。
