The works to be executed comprise:
(a) Construction of a 3-storey building (the Central Kowloon Child
Assessment Centre and Skill Centre) approximately 66m x 41.6m overall
on plan and 15m high from ground floor to main roof level including
all footings and substructure works thereto.
(b) All associated building services installations including:
i) Electrical installations
ii) Fire services installations
iii) HVAC systems installations
iv) Emergency generator installations
(c) All associated drainage and external works including road,
pavings resurfacing of existing access road, landscape hardworks,
landscape softworks and establishment works, services, etc.

－ 修建一座3層高的幼兒測驗中心大樓，平面尺寸66m x 41.6m，高15m。
－ 全部建築附屬設施安裝，包括：
－ 電力設備
－ 消防設施
－ 冷熱通風設備
－ 緊急發電設備
－ 全部相關的排水和室外工程，包括道路，現有便道路面重鋪，綠化和附屬設施工程等。
