Design & build package for erection
of a secondary school building including a cafeteria, kitchen and
auditorium building, three staff quarter buildings and associated
E&M installation and external works with total gross covered floor
areas of 13,512m2.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Scope of Work includes:
1. Caisson piling with pile caps;
2. A 4-storey school building with 28 classrooms, a canteen on
the ground floor, and an assembly hall/gymnasium on the floor above;
3. A 4-storey student dormitory building with 240 beds that includes
a multipurpose hall and flats for two deans on the ground floor;
4. Three blocks of 4-storey staff quarters with 28 units of various
sizes;
5. A single-storey sewage treatment plant;
6. A single-storey LPG store;
7. A single-storey transformer and switch room; and
8. Hard & soft landscaping works, site formation works, and including
slope protections work.

－ 三座4層員工宿舍樓，28個不同大小的單元；
－ 一座單層污水處理廠；
－ 一座單層液化石油氣站；
－ 一座單層變電房；以及
－ 綠化工程，包括護坡工程。
