Construction of one Indoor Recreation Centre with associated site
works, consisting of:
(a) Indoor Recreation Centre
approximately 72.70 x 38.50m overall on plan and 16.00m high above
ground level, with one single-storey portion for indoor games hall
approximately 43.10 x 36.50m, on plan and 10.00m high from ground
floor to roof level, with 1.20m wide gutter side and a proprietary
space frame roof rising to a height of 4.20m above roof level. Also
with one two storey portion for multi-functional rooms approximately
22.30 x 37.80m overall on plan and 9.00m high from ground floor
and additional structures rising to further height of 7.00m high
for: water tanks, pump rooms, lifts machine room and AC plant room.
(b) Single storey building attached to games hall for transformer
room, switch room, equipment store, hydraulic platform and store
room, approximately 38.50 x 7.10m overall on plan and 5.40m high
from ground floor to roof.
(c) Soil and surface water drainage and associated site works.
