The contract is for the construction of a 4-storey residential building.
It consists of:
* The construction of a 4-storey residential building with a
total of 12 flats.
* With associated mechanical and electrical work.
PROJECT HGIHLIGHTS
The site was a small site and with a slope at the back. Special
treatment to the existing slope was required to suit the requirement
of government department. Besides, the timing for construction of
a large underground fire service watertank was expected long due
to the underground rock stratum.
