This contract is for construction
of two 26-residential blocks with 2 levels of shopping arcade.
It consists of:
* Large diameter deep bored pile foundation
* The construction of two residential towers with a total of 520
flats which should be sold back to Housing Authority at an agreed
rate in the tender stage.
* With 2 levels of shopping arcade which was owned by CCECC (HK)
Ltd on completion.
* With 80 nos parking space at G/F covered area and external area
which was also owned by CCECC (HK) Ltd on completion.
* With Associated mechanical and electrical work.

In this project, CCECC (HK) Ltd was the developer and China Civil
