of a 28-storey first class office/commercial building with one level
of basement.
It consists of:

level to roof; and total approximately gross floor area is 26,116m2.
* With B/F, G/F & 1/F as
shopping arcade.
* With 4 floors for carparks.
* With HVAC & BMS system.
* With curtain wall installation at front and sides elevation.
