This contract was the construction of a 28-storey first class office/commercial building with one level of basement.

 It consists of:
  * The construction of a building in 103.77m high from ground floor level to roof; and total approximately gross floor area is 26,116m2.
 
* With B/F, G/F & 1/F as shopping arcade.
  * With 4 floors for carparks.
  * With HVAC & BMS system.
  * With curtain wall installation at front and sides elevation.

 Major Quantities:
 Concrete ......................................................... 11,945 cu m
  Formwork ..................................................... 71,090 sq m
  Reinforcement ................................................... 2,356 tons

 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
 In this project, CCECC runs the project in management contracting. Our main duties were to monitor the main contractor to achieve the target completion date and to ensure the standard and quality of workmanship can be performed.

 

本合約為修建一座28層高甲級寫字/商用樓,帶一層地下商場。

 工程包括:
 
* 修建一座高103.77米、總建築面積約26,116平方米的大樓;
 
* 地下、底層和一樓為商場;
 
* 4層停車場
 
* 冷暖通風和大廈管理系統 - 正面與側面為玻璃幕牆。

 主要工程量:

  模板 ................................... 71,090平方米
  鋼筋 ............................................. 2,456噸

項目要點
  中國土木是該項目的主要發展商,管理本合約及工程實施。其主要職責為監管總承建商的施工進度和質量,以確保按時、保質保量地完工。
