Scope of Works
The Works to be executed under this contract comprise.
a) The construction of a 7-storey (including roof machine room)
Residential Building with Basement as detailed in the Contract Drawings
and Specification.
b) Construction of Caisson Wall and Site Formation.
c) Construction of Foundation.
d) Storm water, soil and waste water drainage installation.
e) Water supply installation including pumps.
f) Fire Services Installation including pumps.
g) Electrical Installation including emergency generator set.
h) Town Gas Installation including gas water heater.
i) Take over, maintain, alter, repair, and reposition if necessary,
the existing hoarding/covered walkway erected by the previous contractor,
and dismantle and remove off the Site after completion of the Works.
j) Carry out all works and fulfilment of all requirements as stipulated
in this preliminaries section.

本合約項下的工程包括：
－ 修建一座7層高住宅樓，帶地下室和屋頂機房；
－ 修建沉箱牆和場地平整；
－ 基礎；
－ 雨水和污水排水系統；
－ 供水系統，包括水泵；
－ 消防系統，包括水泵；
－ 電力，包括應急發電機組；
－ 煤氣系統，包括燃氣式熱水器；
－ 重修前承建商留下的圍欄，並在工程完成後予以拆除；
－ 完成上述所有工程。
