This is a renovation work for a
12-storey residential block with 2 levels of basement for carpark.
It consists of:
* The replacement work of external facing tile & aluminium window,
kitchen and bathroom tiling, sanitary fittings, etc
* The renovation work of G/F entrance lift lobby.
* The replacement of all
plumbing and drainage pipework & gas installation.
This renovation work was for a 10-year old building and the developer
was planned to re-sell in the real-estate market in a short period.
So the contract period was vital and very tight.
